Honkai: Star Rail is filled with interesting missions and side stories that tell you more about the place. Along with that are secret triggers that can be easily missed if you didn’t read the questline carefully, leaving you running in loop around the same place.
We’ve previously covered ‘Sensitive Beings (I)‘ and ‘Sensitive Beings (II)‘ missions and how to finish them. This time, we’ll finish the third part, ‘Sensitive Beings (III)’. And much like the previous missions, you can’t force trigger the quest by talking to anyone.
Sensitive Beings 3 Guide
The Sensitive Beings mission series are gatekept behind realtime wait. Every mission will unlock the next day once you’ve finished the current one, and the third one isn’t exempted. When the maintenance guy told you to wait for another day, he really meant that.
The third one starts still in the same place where you finished the second one in Supply Zone and here are the steps:
- Talk to the maintenance engineer and start the identity verification
- Pass the optical identity verification
- Use the terminal to check Joanne’s data record
- Complete the handover with the maintenance engineer
- Report the final result to Asta (Master Control Zone)
Quest Description:
The terminal units are so old that they can only provide enough computing power for one check a day. You’re annoyed, but the engineer promises that nothing else will go wrong today. You decide to trust him one more time.
You have to do the optical identity verification steps again just like before. And as usual, your goal is to take the right steps, no pun intended, to reach the goal after turning on all blocks.
The answer is: LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP, UP, LEFT, UP, UP, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP.
You will get another treasure pack when you’re done and interact with the terminal again. When you finish the challenge, you will also the achievement ‘Unearthly Marvel’ achievement after finishing the puzzle.
While interacting with the terminal, you’ll find yourself almost infected by the memetic virus, but you managed to salvage whatever records you need now. Go back to the maintenance guy and report the results and after that, your access will be terminated.
Now all that’s left is to report to Asta your findings and you’re done with the mission ‘Sensitive Beings (III)’!
