As a character, Noelle has always been a consistent top-tier unit in Black Clover M. She’s a great all-around debuffer and is a staple in plenty of players’ teams in Season 4. While supports are generally the easiest units to build in the game, figuring out what gear and talents synergize best with their skills can be hard. There’s a lot of factors that can go into building a great support for your team. Halloween Noelle is a lot like her other versions because she’s a great Debuffer. This means that she specializes in hindering enemies with negative effects.

This unit is also a Technique character so she’s strong against Power and weak against Sense characters. There are specific talents and gear sets that will make the most out of her skills, so here’s how to build her.

• Water Prank [Skill 1]
  • Summons a waterfall, dealing damage to an enemy.
  • Inflicts [Extend Debuff Duration] by one 1 turn(s) on an enemy.
  • Inflicts [SP -1] on an enemy.
    • Lv. 2: Skill ATK +5%, Skill MATK +5%
    • Lv. 3: Skill ATK +5%, Skill MATK +5%
    • Lv. 4: Skill ATK +5%, Skill MATK +5%
    • Lv. 5: Skill ATK +5%, Skill MATK +5%
• Little Devil’s Prank [Skill 2]
  • Blow heart-shaped waterdrops at an enemy, dealing damage.
  • Inflicts [M. ATK Reduction Lv. 3] on an enemy for 2 turns.

  • Inflicts [SP -1] on all enemies.

Passives

• At the start of a wave, inflicts a 30% [Increased DMG Taken] debuff on all enemies.
  • When attacked, remove the [Continous HP Recovery] buff from all enemies.
• [Unique] At the start of the battle, inflicts a 40% [Reduced DMG Dealt] debuff on Attacker Class enemies for 1 turn.

Best Gear

With Halloween Noelle, you’ll want to focus her build on Speed and Defense. A two-piece Speed set will give her the following:

• Gain Speed +20% buff for 1 turn after getting afflicted by an Abnormal Status

Likewise, give her a 2-piece Defense set to buff her Defense by +250. Below is a good example of this kit.

Talent Tree

The talents you should prioritize for Halloween Noelle are pictured here. They will give the following effects:

• At the beginning of each turn, there is a 20% chance to apply [Skill II cooldown reduced by turn) buff effect
• 10% [Increased blocking]
• When HP is below 35%, apply (Block Debuff) effect for 1 turn
• 20% [Defense increase]
• [7% Magic Attack Increase]
• At the beginning of a wave, [2,5% Critical Chance] buff is applied (up to 5 stacks)

Best Team

Given all of this, a fully built Halloween Noelle (with leveled-up skills, gear, and talents) holds her own in battle. She’s more than just a cute outfit and can be a huge asset during PvP when paired with Julius.
