Head to the very south east side of the Streets of Tarkov map. You will want to be heading directly into the yard and compound of the Concordia Hotel. Once you get into the parking lot of it, you need to find the door with the number 1 marked on it. Once you find it, enter it through the open door.
Step 2 – Go Downstairs
When you enter that door shown in the step 1, you will want to take a left turn and then follow the stairs that will lead you downstairs by a floor. Keep going down until you reach the parking lot of it and when you see a gray van.
Step 3 – Find This Door
Once you enter the parking lot through the door next to the stairs, just take a left turn and follow the wall until you reach a door that has a glowlight thrown right in front of it.
