We’ve been beekeeping as a civilization for a very long time now. Ancient Egyptians had art of beekeeping and used very simple hives and smoke to domesticate bees. Even before that there’s been ancient art of people climbing trees just to get that sweet nectar in natural bee hives. Today we’ll show you how to make and use a Beehive in Dinkum. So, you can continue that tradition in this video game.
Beehive Complete Guide For Dinkum
First, you need a couple of things. One of these is very important. It’s something you might find at the very start of the game and might accidentally sell it. Queen Bees can be found in bee hives from trees. Just look around until you find a tree that has a bee hive on it and chop it down. Then chop the bee hive to the Queen bee.
Then after that, you need to get to Bug Catching Level 10. There’s no License for Bug Catching so just go get a bug catcher and catch any critter you see. Don’t forget to submit them to the museum as well! Once you’ve gotten to that level you should be able to unlock the Bee House recipe.
To make a Bee House you’ll need 2 Iron Bars, 2 Spinifex Resin, 4 Hard Wood Planks and 1 Queen Bee. Once you’ve made one, place it down on the ground and that’s it.
The Bee houses will passively make honey all the time. So, while you’re out and about doing things on the island like having death matches with kangaroos, you should often check your bee houses to see if they’re filled with honey!
You should know bee houses are filled with honey when you can see the top of them are oozing with that sweet nectar. If you see that just walk up to the bee house and do a right click and you should finally get your well-deserved honey.
Congratulations, you know now how to use the Bee houses to make some honey! Now go out there and hunt for those queen bees!
