Another day in Tarkov and another task and quest for finishing. This time you will have to find a secret hidden lab in an area that you might not expect. Let’s see how to find it and how to finish it in this Therapist Task Guide.

Therapist Task Guide (12.12.3) Drug Trafficking – Escape from Tarkov

The Therapist will give you this quest pretty early on in the Questline. You will need to locate the hidden drug lab which is on the map Lighthouse. Once you get there you will need to stash a Wi-Fi camera inside. It says that it is a difficulty 2 but doesn’t believe these stars. It is going to be tricky and we’re here to help.

A lot of players are thinking that this drug lab is going to be in the newly expanded area in the peninsula and are actually making that entire region a big hot zone. Lots of people don’t know that there are other expanded areas too and one of them being in the shipping area where the armored train spawns.

Road To The Hidden Drug Lab

You will need to locate the second biggest building in that entire region. This building will be located in the Water Treatment Plant where all the roads are and just run into the shipping container area.

Once you’re inside this area you will need to look to your right-hand side and you’ll be a massive cluster of huge shipping containers. If you start walking toward these containers you’ll spot an opening in the middle with a door. Inside that door will be UV lights and that right there is where the Drug Lab is.

You will just need to walk inside this Lab to complete one sub-task. While inside now you can place the Wi-Fi camera absolutely anywhere inside the room, even in front of the door. People might think that it has to be in a hidden location, but no. Just place it anywhere and you will be done with the quest.

You don’t need to survive the extract or anything of the sort which makes this an easy thing. It is a huge area so the hard part is that it is very open until you reach the containers. Always keep an eye out on enemy campers who will be more than likely camping in this region. It is hot right now just because of how these quests are newly added.

You will need to go back to the Therapist in order to get your rewards. The rewards are:

  • 7500 XP
  • 47.500 Rubles
  • 1x Propital Regenerative Stimulant Injector
  • 1x ETG-Change Regenerative Stimulant Injector
  • 1x Zagusting Hemostatic Drug Injector

Congratulations on finishing yet another task! A big thank you and huge credit goes to samosh from YouTube. You can check out his videos where he goes into detail about this run. His channel can be found by clicking here.
