In the brand-new turn-based RPG adventure game Honkai: Star Rail made by Hoyoverse, players are required to complete a number of missions, one of them being the “Hide and Seek” mission. Just like its name, in the Hide and Seek mission, players need to complete a hide-and-seek minigame by successfully finding the locations of three children in the area that’s highlighted in the minimap.
The quest is not difficult to complete, however, you may need some help in navigating the quest. In this 5-step guide, you’ll find out how you can complete the Hide and Seek mission in Honkai Star Rail.
Hide-and-Seek Guide
There’s a lot of searching in this quest if we’re honest. So, here’s a quick overview of how to complete the hide-and-seek quest in Honkai Star Rail:
- Talk to Natasha in her clinic.
- Find March 7th and Dan Heng.
- Find the concealed kid to complete the practice.
- Find the 3 hidden children and win.
- First Child’s location.
- Second Child’s location.
- Third Child’s Location.
- Follow Hook to the fight club.
Step 1: Talk to Natasha in Her Clinic
In the very beginning of the quest, you’ll need to talk to Natasha – the unfamiliar woman and find out what’s happening
Step 2: Find March 7th and Dan Heng
Next, you’ll need to walk outside and find March 7th and Dan Heng. When you walk outside, you’ll see March 7th with three other children. Talk to them and you will be able to progress further into the quest.
Step 3: Find the Concealed Kid to Complete the Practice
After that, you’ll need to follow the questline by finding the concealed kid and complete the hide-and-seek practice. Talk to the children and you will be required to find the child by participating in a hide-and-seek practice.
You will need to walk to the yellow navigation icon on your screen and then you will find the concealed kid in the corner next to the door to your right.
Step 4: Find the 3 Hidden Children and Win
First Child’s Location:
From where the quest begins, turn left and descend the road that leads south toward the Great Mine’s exit. Hook is hidden behind a minecart at the left-hand end of this trail.
Second Child’s Location:
Walk to your right and head northeast along the path from the town square area. There are some containers next to the treasure chest. The Moles Sidekick kid can be found concealed under the boxes.
Third Child’s Location:
After you have found the first two children, return to the beginning location. This will cause March, your character, to point out a suspicious individual. When you look into him more closely, you’ll notice that he has a suspicious air about him.
Yup, you guessed it. This time it is a little bit more tricky to find the child because you are not supposed to find a child at all. You will need to find an adult called Julian – the man wearing red clothes standing by the building at the center of the town. By speaking to him, you will be able to find the third child for the mission.
Step 5: Follow Hook to the Fight Club
The mission will be completed once you’ve located all three of the kids. You’ll learn about Fight Club from The Moles, and Hook will lead you there. Your final step is to follow Hook and finish the conversation, after that, you will receive the rewards for completing the mission.
