Just like their other titles, HoYoverse’s newest RPG Honkai: Star Rail has a large world filled with things for the player to do. Between your Daily Training tasks, event missions, and sidequests, your team of Trailblazers will never run out of things to do!
With how rich the lore and character backstories are in Honkai: Star Rail, sometimes we get a little too excited and forget to stop and smell the roses.
“Out of Thin Air Guide” is a Daily Mission where you’ll meet a worried Overworlder from Jarilo-VI. Read on, we’ll show you how to complete this mission hassle-free!
Out of Thing Air Guide
Here’s what you need to do to complete the mission:
- Speak to Wallace in Belebog
- Take his photo and show it to him
- Speak to Manya about Wallace
- Finally, report back to Wallace
To start “Out of Thin Air Guide,” you need to speak to Wallace. You’ll find him in the Administrative District of Belobog, near the Everwinter Monument in the middle of the plaza.
Material possessions just don’t make Wallace as happy as they used to, and he needs something to fill that void inside of him. That thing? Why, a friend, of course!
You can’t just pick up a friend from a treasure box or loot them from enemies, however, so Wallace has a brilliant idea: photos.
Take a photo of Wallace and the Everwinter Monument. You want to make sure that both Wallace and the monument are in the same frame.
Next, return to Wallace and show him the photo you took. He doesn’t seem too happy with how his skin is looking, but that isn’t enough to deter him!
Next, he wants you to take the photos and help him make some friends. To do this, you need to convince Manya to be Wallace’s friend. You’ll find her nearby, just to the left of the shop.
It, uh, doesn’t really go down the way Wallace wants. But you still need to get back and break the bad news to him.
After you convey your conversation with Manya to him, you’re all done!
Daily Missions are a great way to take in extra bits of lore from the worlds you’ve visited in Honkai: Star Rail, and there’s a great variety to them too!
For example, you can check out our guide to completing “The Setting Sun is the Most Beautiful,” where you can help someone decide on their next hair color!
The main line quests and event missions are definitely exciting to play through but to truly appreciate the story unfolding around us, we should take advantage of the Daily Missions and get to know our friendly neighborhood NPCs.
After all, their stories are important too!
And, well, you get rewarded for helping them out.
Happy adventuring!
