Honkai Star Rail - Sensitive Beings 2 Guide

Of course, Honkai: Star Rail is all about the compelling storyline as we follow our MC whose origin seem to be shrouded in mystery despite how we literally witnessed him being “born.” But as we embark on this cross-universe event, we’re bound to meet side stories. This guide will focus on the ‘Sensitive Beings (II)’ quest that many may be confused about because it doesn’t immediately prompt once you’re done with the first one.

‘Sensitive Beings (II)’ Mission Guide

For the second part of Sensitive Beings series, here are the TL;DR steps:

Talk to the maintenance engineer and start the identity verification
Pass the optical identity verification
Use the terminal to check Chris’ data record
Use the terminal to check the data records of others
Talk to the maintenance engineer and report the bug

Simply put, you don’t personally go and look for it – the Adventure Mission will trigger by itself after the date changes depending on your server. And there is only one prerequiste to qualify for the mission, which is finishing ‘Sensitive Beings (I)’. It is part of the chain quest that starts from Arlan’s ‘Road to Revival’ after finishing the trailblaze mission ‘Lingering Shadows.’

Quest Description:
The space station hasn’t recovered from the previous accident. Without the support of new equipment, the terminal’s computing power is severely lacking. The computing power should pick up the next day though. Now a new day begins…

After talking to the maintenance engineer, you’ll be asked to past the optical identity verification, which is similar to when you had to fix the gaps back in ‘Road to Revival’ mission. The goal is to step on all the blocks before you reach the finish block.

Grab the treasure pack when you’re done and interact with the terminal at the end to check Chris’ data record. Run back to the Maintenance Engineer to report the bug that you found on the terminal. The man will tell you that it’s going to take time to get the necessary parts that caused the compatibility issues and ask you to “come back tomorrow”.
