The Grenade Launcher makes a comeback in Call of Duty’s Modern Warfare II 2022 entry. Veteran Call of Duty fans will remember how absolutely broken the weapon was because any Assault Rifle could be equipped with it, and you can easily rack up kills, even if you were a newbie to the game. Which is why it was called the “Noob Tube” in previous Call of Duty entries.

In this guide, we will show you how to use the new Grenade Launcher in Modern Warfare II, Warzone, and DMZ.

MW2 Warzone & DMZ – How the Grenade Launcher Works

How Can You Equip the Grenade Launcher?

The Grenade Launcher is an Underbarrel attachment that can be equipped on a variety of Assault Rifles.

Not all of them are the same, as some Assault Rifles will have a different name. But despite their different names, they all serve one purpose: blowing up enemies.

What is the Damage and Range?

The damage radius for the Grenade Launcher is 5 meters.

It can deal maximum damage to the point that you can one-shot anyone with it, but the damage gets reduced the further away the enemy is from the point of impact, so it’s ideal to shoot a Grenade Launcher into a group of people, as you can take down more enemies that way.

Its kill radius is 2.5 meters. If anyone were to be within the 2.5 meters, they will be instantly gone. And anyone found outside of the 2.5 meters will be damaged.

How to Counter the Grenade Launcher?

Of course, you won’t be the one to have the Grenade Launcher in a match. Your opponents will have them too. So how can you deal with the Grenade Launcher?

Well, here are a few ways:

  • Equip the Bomb Squad perk
  • Equip the Riot Shield melee weapon
  • Use the Trophy System

He's also a huge fan of superhero media like Marvel and DC, so he's practically played games like Spider-Man and the Batman Arkham games. He's also into multiplayer games that strike his fancy, specifically games like Call of Duty and Fortnite. Most especially Fortnite since he can play as different Marvel and DC characters in a battle royale against other famous and iconic characters.
