Upgrade Your Ship At any Starship Outfitting
After getting yourself a Sentinel ship, you must go to any Starship Outfitting. These are mostly found in larger ships, but you can no doubt find them in other outposts too.
Once there, head to the Starship Outfitting and select Upgrade Ship, then Upgrade Class. The price will most likely vary for each ship, but it will cost you some hefty Nanites instead of Units.
