Lost Ark has a lot of foods you can cook which can give you special bonuses during battle. However, some of the dishes in Lost Ark require special ingredients. This guide will show you all the cooking locations in Rethramis.

Rethramis Cooking Locations – Lost Ark

  • The first food you can cook is Veda’s Prideholme-Style Home Food and you can find her near Neria’s Tavern in Prideholme. You can purchase the food from her for 3000 Silvers and eating it will give you Traveling Gourmet Amalone.
  • Another special item you can get is the Regria Flower Oil. Go to the area near Regria Monastery and you will find guards near the NPC Border Guard Tarok. Investigate the barrels near the barricade to get the Flower oil.
  • Next, go to the southernmost part of Prideholme and investigate the sacks near the wooden cart that contains hay. You will get a Giant Wheat Sack that you need to bring Hely for a Regria Wheat bread.
  • For this next cuisine, you need to increase your reputation with Siera to Trusted. She will give you the Special Potato as a reward. Go to Loghill this time and go to the area near East Oratory to get the Disgorged Lump near the bushes to your right.
  • Go back to Hely and give the Disgorged Lump item for a Protein-Packed Bird Stew.

  • Now go to the Rethramis Border and investigate the bushes near the barricade to get a solar tree sprout. Now go back to Prideholme and talk to Hely to get the Dawntree Sprout Cider.
  • Head inside the Aquilok’s Head dungeon and keep heading east until you see a lever with stalactites surrounding it. Activate the lever to get the 499-year old Mera wine. Now wait 2 hours and your wine will turn into a 500-year old Mera wine.

And that is all the local specialty cuisines you can get in the Rethramis region!
