The developers have been patching and fixing stuff left and right. Still, to this day players are experiencing this issue. It can be simple and fixed easily, or it might take talking to a Staff member. Let’s check it out.
How To Fix Error G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT – Lost Ark
This can be a problem connected with your connection. Maybe it can be because of a server glitch and they had a server issue but on your end, it’s coming like a crash. Sometimes servers are rebooted and you might be seeing this issue. Still, it is an annoying crash and weird, because it can happen that your main characters will be unplayable while your alts can be played with.
First of all, make sure that your PC meets the requirements. This is a game that is very loved by many so a lot of people with low-end machines.
Verify Game Files
As for many other games, this can be the same issue here. You must verify the game files because it can happen a lot of times that some files are corrupt or might have gone missing because of antivirus or similar. Open up Steams Library and locate the game. Then right-click on it to go to the Properties tab, and from here you can Verify Integriy of Games Files.
Restart Or Wait A While
Because it can be a server-wide issue and not a problem on your send – just give it some time. Restart your PC, wait for a while and then retry to join in again on your characters. Sometimes even simply restarting your machine can do wonders.
Update Graphics Driver
No matter what Graphics Card you are using, always make sure that your Card is running its latest and newest possible patch and update. Open up your Graphics Card and see to it that there isn’t any pending update that needs downloading.
Lower Settings In-Game
Simply go into your settings while in-game, and make sure that everything is stable. You can lower your settings as it might use a lot of your PC and this leads to a crash. I wouldn’t recommend using Auto Settings because it might set up something wrong.
Disable Chat Options
This has helped tons of people. Simply turn off the Chat Settings and give it a try. Disable All available chat settings. Restart the game, and give it a try again.
Disable Firewall Settings
Firewall can make extra problems without any need at all. When playing Lost Ark, make sure that you white-list it in the Firewall Settings, or simply just turn off the Firewall while playing.
Port Forwarding
Try to use 27015 as a Port Foward. Also, make sure that TCP or UDP are enabled on this Port.
Always keep on checking the server status before playing Lost Ark if you’re having this problem. If nothing is helping, contact the Staff support and let them know about your character logging-in issue. I hope this helped. Good luck!
