We have been getting this question a lot. There are new players that keep falling in love with this game but are having a hard time for getting Gold. This here will be a guide on the best ways to make gold faster in the starting phases. Let’s get started.
Ways To Make Gold As A New Player – Lost Ark
When you hit 50 and you have your first 302 G5 Gear Set, you’ll want to start saving some gold for later use:
Filling up your character roster with random characters and not selecting an advanced class until you decide what you want to play next will allow them to begin accumulating rest bonuses. For example, you could create a martial artist, a warrior, a mage, an assassin, and a gunner and leave them after you enter the game; this way, you’ll have the maximum rest bonus by the time you choose the next class to play and the option of any advanced class for each class; you can always delete them and replace them with four of the same class later if you really wanted to.
Most of the honing materials will likely be spent on getting yourself ready in the beginning.
Here’s a list on making easy Gold:
- Island Quests
- Daily Adventure Islands
- Rapport
- Una Weekly Chest Tasks
- Welcome Challenge
- The Masterpiece Gold Chests
- Random Content Auctions (Gold split for auctions performed after completing material such as chaos gates, abyssal dungeons, and other content I’m forgetting about.) Not much, because the drops aren’t usually bid on, but it’s worth noting because there’s always the chance of a pricey legendary book drop at higher tiers.)
- Auction for the Chaos Gates Map (You get a gold split from a legendary map at the conclusion of the gate, which used to be a decent sum but isn’t anymore; you can try to cheat the system by joining towards the end and hoping to get into a low pop gate for a higher auction split.)
- The Chaos Gates maps (Selling boost mats and bags, or selling map places, which is less popular given since it’s much easier to organize a party of four and finish four maps in one sitting)
- Chaos Dungeons and Infinite Chaos Dungeons
- Boss Rush
- Guardian Raids
- Abyssal Dungeons and Abyssal Raids
- Sea Pirate Coins(trade for Sun Coins for the best ratio)
- Sylmael Bloodstones
- Item Rotation/Flipping (Up to you to figure out what you can flip on the market for a profit)
- Selling Items (At T1, accessories with good engravings can still sell for 100+ gold; I recently sold a ridiculous T2 neck suited for glaviers for 1500 gold.)
- Tradeskills (If you have 10k tradeskill energy, you’re losing gold every minute that it is passive on 10k)
- Crafting(You can turn in your mats into battle items and fusion mats and sell them)
Don’t be one of those players that hit a 1325 on their first character without ever realizing any of these tips. Have fun making your coffers full!
