Monster Hunter Sunbreak: All CITADEL Relic Record Message Locations

Monster Hunter Sunbreak brought very beautiful maps that have tons of hidden and interesting things to discover in them. In this guide, we will be taking a look at Citadel and the hidden Relic Record Messages.

All CITADEL Relic Record Message Locations – Monster Hunter Sunbreak

If you have walked around the beautiful and newly created Citadel map in the new DLC, you have probably seen a couple of swords stuck into the ground. Those are the Relic Record Messages. This is where you’ll be able to find all of them.

Message 1

You’ll spawn at the bottom right corner of the map. Then you shall need to proceed walking up the road until you get to the bridge. Cross it and get inside the castle area. Jump down inside the big hole and while going down, catch yourself using a Wirebug to get into another hole somewhere in the middle. Once inside here follow the road out and you’ll see the Record.

Message 2

You will start exactly where you left off from the previous location. Now use the Great Wirebug on your right to get lift-off. Follow the arrows until you get to a big wall on the right. Jump over it and keep climbing on the mountain’s side. Here you’ll find a big pile of flowers in one location and inside here will be your second Relic.

Message 3

This will be on the very top of that broken-down ruin. You will need to use a Wire bug multiple times in order to get yourself to climb to the very top.

Message 4

You will see a wooden shafted wall on the side of the river wall. On the left side is where you’ll be able to notice it. Put an exploding barrel in front of it and make it go boom. Enter the little cave that will open under it and get the 4th Relic.

Message 5

For this one, you’ll notice the ice mountain. You will need to begin climbing it and using a couple of Wirebugs to boost and throw yourself up in the air to get some height. You’ll notice the Relic in the open on a ledge.

Message 6

This one is extremely hard. You will see the mountain/castle with the spikes all over it. Well, you’ll need to climb to the very top in order to get the Relic. You will have to enter a small little tunnel, then jump out of it and use a Wirebug in the air to get to the top. You will see the tunnel because it has an opening in the wall itself.

Message 7

Enter the hole in the river next to it and you’ll be following a tunnel. Keep walking inside of it until there’s a hole in the bottom. Jump over it using a Wirebug and you’ll see the Relic on the other side.

Message 8

This one is pretty straightforward. Walk to where it is shown on the map, and you’ll see a leaning tower. Get on top of it to get the relic.

Message 9

This one is very simple too. Walk to this area and you’ll see an opened-up or chopped-up tree. Enter it. When you fall down you’ll see the Relic right next to you.

Message 10

You can’t miss this one. Simply go to the location as shown on the map, and keep following this road until the very end. You will need 2 enter and pass two smaller tunnels until you get to the Relic.
