Crafting new gear and getting higher ranks for your equipment and character is something that you’ll need to do in order to progress in the game. Getting very rare and quality ores from mining is something that will help a lot in this manner too. Let’s see where to find the Ultimas Crystal and Sapphiron in the Jungle map.

First of all, you will need to of course take the quest that will take you to the map itself. So go to the Outpost Quest Counter(the little girl at the beginning and at the center) and take the Expedition Tour to the Jungle.

After this is done, you will need to go for a quick snack to get your energy up of course. Go quickly to the Dango Store and you will need to order yourself one Dango Gatherer food item. This will give you a massive percentage boost to your chance and rate of getting extra material while mining some ores.

Now after all of this has been completed, you are clear to Depart to the Jungle.

This is where you’ll find most of the Mining Outcrops through the Jungle map. Note that not all of them are going to be open and seen in plain sight. This means that at times you will have to go deep into the underground and traverse into very hard terrain.

Keep farming these locations and you are sure to get Ultimas Crystals and even Sapphiron ores very early, which are much needed for crafting gear and ranking it up. You can farm them all then just re-enter this map and zone to find them go through them again.

Don’t forget that there are tons of hidden random ores that will spawn throughout the entire map. You will need to travel through all the locations, high over hills and low underground tunnels, to find all of them. In a very short time by mining these locations you’ll get plenty of materials.
