Nightingale: How to Get Refined Pigment

In Nightingale, you will go on a journey of survival and adventure in the dangerous Fae Realms. You will play as the Realmwalker to explore all corners of the Nightingale world. In the game, you will explore, craft, and build to enhance the strength of your character and accelerate your progress.

There are many materials for you to craft in Nightingale, with the Refined Pigment being one of the materials you frequently use. With it, you will be able to craft special items like the Ink to dye your gear. In this guide, we’ll show you how you can get Refined Pigment in Nightingale.

How to Get Refined Pigment

To make Refined Pigment, you will need a Simple Mortar Station. This is a Crafting Station that breaks down ingredients into powders and pastes. However, to build this station, you’ll need to have the schematics, either by collecting them as a reward with Hope or by purchasing them from the Essence Trader for 55 Essence Dust.

To get Lumber, you will need to use a Simple Saw Table. After processing Wood Bundles, you will be able to obtain the materials. You can easily find Wood Bundles near trees, or on the ground as you explore many different areas in-game.

As for Fibre, you need 2 Raw Meat at the Tanning Station, and you will be able to craft 1 Animal Fibre.

After you have gathered all the materials, you’ll want to open up the Build Menu by pressing B (On PC). Then, find the Crafting: Refinement Category. Once you’ve found the crafting table, you can press Place to start placing down the Simple Mortar Station.

In the crafting Menu, you can start creating Refined Pigments with materials like Mushrooms, Strawberries, and many more. Keep in mind that you’ll want to have at least 2 of the same items to create one Refined Pigment.

With Refined Pigments, you’ll be able to create Ink, which is an essential material for dying equipment. As you progress, it is also important that you find a good base location. A good location can help you maximize your resources and gather items more effectively,
