The great thing about No Man’s Sky is that it makes you play like you’re a space man. You have your ship, a freighter, a crew, and you as the captain. While people have been turned off from the idea of playing No Man’s Sky because of how overwhelming everything may be, it’s actually a very easy and accessible game. You can even have NPC’s to come to your ship and do some of the work for you, like the Armorer, who is in charge of everything armor related. In this guide, we will show you how to get one.
How To Get An Armorer – No Man’s Sky
Before you find an Armorer, you need to make sure that you have the following requirements.
- You need to have a habitable base.
- Must have an Overseer and a Scientist.
- You need to progress through the game until you unlock the Weapons Terminal blueprint.
- Weapons Terminal must be constructed and placed in a square room.
When you finished getting all of the requirements, you can now find one. To do so, you must go to a space station and find a Vy’keen (Armorers are Vy’keen). From there, choose any location as long as it has a small Erlenmeyer flask icon. Once that’s done, you will see the NPC standing on the right space station.
You can find an Armorer anywhere at any space station, but the best chance to find one is by going to the Vy’keen systems and searching there, as all Armorer’s come from the Vy’keen system. Though again, you don’t need to do that. They can be found anywhere.
Once you have hired your Armorer, go and check where you placed your Weapons Terminal and you should see your Armorer standing behind the terminal.
