The Outlaw Pirate update in No Man’s Update is now out, and with it comes the new solar ships. The new solar ships can appear in any system but their chance of appearing is low and they are considered a rare find.
To identify a solar starship, simply scan it and you should see Solar on its class type. This type of ship is new and different from any other ship. What makes them different from the other ships is that they have the vesper sail.
The Vesper Sail is unique to the Solar Starhships only. Once you find a Solar Ship on a system, remember, you may need to look into different systems until you find one, simply negotiate the price to purchase them.
Another way you can get the solar starships is to go to the trading platforms. The trading platforms have more landing pads, increasing your chance of getting the starship. You can also use your Conflict Scanner to look for pirate-controlled systems.
Go into a pirate-controlled system and go for a trading post. This method will give you a higher chance of spawning solar ships.
