Peroxide is a Bleach-inspired Roblox game with a long progression path for Hollow. And if you’re a beginner, you’re probably not familiar with the kill system and transformation options. Because of that, you’re going to need this guide for everything you need to know as a Hollow.
We’ll discuss about kill counts and Menos forms. And then the endgame content currently available. Credits to metoonxd for the awesome tips.
Hollow Beginner Guide
To preface this Peroxide guide for a Hollow beginner:
- Whatever state you’re in, remember that there’s always a consequence to dying.
- Kill count is almost like EXPs. If you die, you’ll lose your kill counts, but they can never go under 1,250.
- Kill count increase depends on what you kill. A Hollow counts as 1 and an Adjucha counts as 10 kills. Keep reading for more detailed numbers on what each type means.
Starting Clans
We’ll start with Hollow Clans rarity. You can always reroll if you’re unhappy with what you get, but at the cost of 100 Robux.
You have 89% of getting the common Clans which has 5 bonus points in either Spirit, Agility, Reiatsu, Vitality, Strength, or a 5% multiplier for Agility, Health Regen, or Reiatsu Regen.
Then you have a 9% chance of getting rare type. The Gilga has 20% Vitality multiplier and 12% Strength multiplier. Rureux has a 20% Agility multiplier. Arruruerie has a 15% Spirit multiplier. And then Llargo has 15% multiplier for Strength, Reiatsu, and Vitality.
There’s a tiny, 2% chance of rolling a Legendary clan. Jaegerjaquez, Cifer, and Starrk all have special Hollow abilities. Only Louisenbairn doesn’t, but he comes with extra multipliers and on top of that, a 40% EXP multiplier.
Leveling and Evolving
When you start off as a Hollow, you need to kill as many other hollows to level up. At level 20, you become a Red Eyes Hollow. If you die, you’ll lose your Red Eyes and will have to fight another Hollow to get them back or wait for 30 minutes.
Kill another Red Eyes Hollow to start evolving into a Gillian. At this stage, don’t pull your mask just yet. Because the higher your kill counts, the better form you’ll get.
Following is how many kill count you get depending on your prey:
- Hollow: 1
- Red Eyes Hollow: 3
- Menos/Gillian: 5
- Ancient Menos/Gillian: 12
- Adjuchas: 10
- Ancient Adjuchas: 25
- Vasto Lorde: 50
- Storm Arrancars: 100
- Eating any dead Hollow body: 1
Menos has three types of Arrancars they can evolve into:
- Menoscar, the weakest type, can be evolved into immediately upon turning into a Gillian.
- Adjuchas, requires 30 kills; then evolves into Adjucar which gets 1.05x stat multiplier, 40% EXP boost, +50 HP, +5 cap level (Potential + 10 = max level)
- Vasto Lorde, the strongest form, requires 1.7k kills, the only Hollow type with Flash Mirage ability on top of Cero Oscuras and Lord’s Roar; then evolves into Vastocar, the final form. Vastocar has 1.15x stat multiplier, 80% EXP boost, +80 HP, +10 cap level (Potential + 15 = max level)
The best final form to choose and get is the Vastocar, which has the largest stat multiplier and highest cap level potential. It is also the one with the longest grind with 1.7k kills necessary to become Vasto Lorde.
There’s no counter telling you how many kills you’re at. But if you talk to the Shady Arrancar, his dialogue is a hint towards your kill progression. Following is what each dialogue mean:
- “Not a single bit of progress.” 0-100 kills
- “Not close, not close at all…” 100-250 kills
- “You have a really long road ahead of you… kid.” 250-500 kills
- “You have a long road ahead of you… kid.” 500-1000 kills
- “You’re getting close, that’s for sure” 1000-1250 kills
- “You’re making some progress, keep going.” 1250-1600 kills
- “Almost there, just a little closer.” 1600 – 1700 kills
You can also pick up side quests at the Job Board. Follow the yen icon in Hueco Mundo, and you’ll see a lot of them listed. They’re extra rewards as you stack your kills to reach your final form. They’re only available to Arrancars.
Endgame (Segunda Etapa and Boss Raids)
Grinding gets harder as you reach endgame. Once you have enough skills and high enough level, head over to the Cave in Menos Forest. As it’s still part of the forest, you get a 1.75 EXP multiplier where you can fight many Adjuchas.
Segunda Etapa is the second form of Resurrección that’s achieved by beating the Hollow Prince. This is the endgame form of the game. But there’s more than just beating the Hollow Prince. The requirements are:
- Level 90
- 420 points to unlock Hollow Prince fight; finishing Time Gate is worth 75 points, each percent of Time Bubbles Boss HP reduced is worth a point, and dealing the most damage on a Storm Vastocar is worth 10 points
Once you fulfill your requirements, search of the location of the Hollow Prince. He is inside a broken down building in the Menos Forest. The Hollow Prince greets you and then the boss fight begins, consisting of 6 phases. Phase 1, 3, and 6 are fights with the Prince himself and the rest are his minions.
There are two boss raids worth doing: the Aizen and Ulquiorra Raids. Both has 2% chance of dropping accessories that give major stat buffs and looks pretty cool. Additionally, Ulquiorra has a small chance of dropping the rare Volcan Cero ability.
This game is a mix of hard dedication in grinding and luck. The longer you grind, the better the form you’ll get. But rolling a good clan and Res gives you a good head start. Good luck and have fun!
