Eevee Location — Pokemon Legend Arceus
Eevee is a normal-type Pokemon and is considered an Evolution Pokemon. There are a total of 8 different evolution options for Eevee in Pokemon Legend: Arceus. Because Eevee is a normal-type Pokemon, it is weak against Pokemon with Fighting-type moves.
There are different requirements for the different evolutions of Eevee. Here you can evolve Eevee into Leafeon or if you want, evolve it to Umbreon.
There is a way to catch Eevee early on in the game. You need to go to the Obsidian Fieldlands and from the Fieldlands Camp, head over to the Horseshoe Plains.
Keep in mind that Eevee is a rare spawn and you may need to search the area multiple times to encounter it.
