With constant updates and a new map Escape From Tarkov is still the top extraction shooter out there and with the new map comes new challenges for old and new players alike. The new Streets of Tarkov map is filled with all sorts of sniping points, alleyways filled with enemies and rooms that you’re sure has players in it that it can get confusing. In this guide we’ll help you do the Population Census Task in Escape from Tarkov.

Escape From Tarkov: Population Census – Therapist Task Guide

The Population Census is one of those annoying missions in Tarkov where you have to go somewhere and get something that difficult to find. A glorified fetch quest in the newest map in Tarkov, what a great experience! You need to go to the northwestern cluster of buildings just below the Underpass extraction point.

If you’re entering from the road to the east, to the right is a gated steel fence, go through the gate and look to the right.

To the right is a large building, this is where the journal for the quest spawns!

Here’s the hard part, actually looking for the journal. The journal has a couple of spawns in this building, so you have to look around yourself. Look on the bookshelves, desks or even sometimes they’re under the desks to find it.
