Temperance 100% Guide | All Notes & Blueprints – Raft

There are 11 Notes and 3 Blueprints that are available for the taking in Temperance.

Here are the locations of the Notes and Blueprints:

The 1st Note is outside of the first village below the electrical cable port.
The 2nd Note is inside a single igloo which contains a medical room. Open the door by connecting the power cable. Inside and to the left is the note.
The 1st Blueprint is inside a two-story igloo (recreation room). Head inside and go upstairs, to the right of the pool table is the blueprint.
The 3rd Note is taped to the gate right outside of the Observatory.
The 4th and 5th Note is inside the observatory. Get inside by jumping down the chasm and look for a ladder that leads up to the observatory. Right in front of the ladder are the notes.
The 6th, 7^th and 8th Note is on the top floor of the observatory. Head upstairs and on the left of the telescope is the 6th note. And the 7th note is on the very top floor right below the makeshift scientist and beside it on the floor is the 8th note.
The 2nd Blueprint is inside the safe in the observatory room. The code for the safe is 5-9-6-4.
The 9th note is inside the nuclear reactor building. To get here, you need to thaw the Selene Key port using Blowtorch and insert the key.
The 10th Note is located inside the nuclear reactor building, in the room right after you solve the second laser puzzle (laboratory 1 room).
The last note and blueprint are located inside of cryo chamber. Get here by putting all the control rod and solving the nuclear reactor puzzle. Get inside the opening full of icicles.
