Resident Evil Village’s Shadow of Rose DLC is a story of self-acceptance for Rose. Growing up without a father and being ridiculed for her “unusual” powers, Rose has always wanted to be nothing but normal. In Shadows of Rose, we see Rose go through the same horrors that Ethan went through when he tried to save his family. Now, Rose has to go through the same thing, but in her own mind. One of the places we venture to is Rose’s old home, which this guide will guide you as you go around the house, finding a way out.
Rose House Drawer Key Location – Resident Evil Village
When you appear in the Roses’ old home, you will see a letter on the nightstand that is glowing with a sparkling yellow light. Picking it up and examining it, you will see a to do list (presumably from Ethan). Your goal here is to find Roses’ other present in the study, which is noted in the list.
Go to the study on the second stairs. The study is located inside Ethan and Mia’s room. Once inside the room, you should see Roses’ crib and a door on the other side. Enter the door and you should see Roses’ picture glowing.
Examining the picture will let you turn it around and you will find a key. Take it out and put the picture down.
In the same room, turn around and you should see a marker on a drawer, which is where Roses’ gift is hidden. Use the key on the drawer and you will be able to open it.
