To get the Good Ending in Sonic The Hedgehog 1 of Sonic Origins, you need to collect all six chaos emeralds.
What you need to unlock the emerald stage is you must reach the exit sign of act 1 or 2 of a stage with at least 50 rings.
When you do, jump into the huge ring. You need to complete all six of these bonus stages to get the chaos emerald.
