City Renewal Side Quest Guide | Demihuman Muscle Locations – Tales Of Arise
Go to the Mahag Saar area. There is a man by the plaza named Niez. Talk to him and he will ask you for Demihuman Muscles. If you did not get the prompt from Niez, you may need to finish the main story first.
How to Get Demihuman Muscles
Go to Mount Dhiara in Menanacia. You will find a cave that is filled with Rioter Claw. Defeat them to get the Demihuman Muscles.
Completing City Renewal
You can use fast travel and teleport to another point to make the enemies respawn. Once you have all the Demihuman Muscles, Report back to Niez to complete the quest and get the Roasted Chicken Recipe, 1800 Gald, 210 SP, and 3 Life Bottles.
