In order to get this mighty weapon, you will need to traverse the Otherworld and defeat many tough enemies. How To Craft The Monochrome Spiral | Best Weapon for Shionne – Tales of Arise
You will first need to finish the game, otherwise, you will not be able to enter the Otherworld and can’t get any of the items you need.
Here is how you get into the Otherworld, if you don’t know right now:
- Do “The Spirit Temple” side quest in Traslida Highway, that you get from an Anxious Man standing next to a cart
- Finish the “Another Hillside Anomaly” side quest in Viscint that you get from a Cattle Rancher that’s standing next to a cow
Once those 2 are done, you will instantly receive a quest to enter the Otherworld.
Now, to craft the weapon that you need, you’ll first need to procure these resources:
- 10 Rending Titanfangs
You can get the Rending Titanfangs in many places in the Otherworld. By either defeating the Bee Prisma or the Hunter Wolves in the Spirit Forest, you will get what you need.
The best creature to defeat though is the Ignite Dragon that also drops Dragon Scales, which you also need.
You can find this creature in the Dragon Slumber Mountain in the Otherworld.
- 2 Gloaming Crystals
To get these crystals, you will need to travel to the Cavern of Fate Shallows in the Otherworld and defeat a Punisher.
- 4 Dragon Scales
As said earlier, defeat the Ignite Dragon in the Dragon Slumber Mountain.
- 2 Granite Fragments
The only item that can be found outside the Otherworld, the granite fragments can be dropped by Magmalems in the Interior of Berg Volcano.
Once you have gathered all the items, go to a merchant, select the craft option and choose to craft the Monochrome Spiral!
