The Quarry is a horror story game where you have to make choices and very hard decisions to keep most of the characters alive or dead. Everything you do will have a consequence or a positive outcome. Let’s see how to reunite Max and Laura and unlock the Should’ve Gone to the Motel Achievement. Let’s get started.

Should’ve Gone to the Motel Achievement Guide | How To Reunite Max & laura – The Quarry

To start with this reunification and getting the trophy, you’ll have to make the decision of Laura not biting Ryan and saving him in Chapter 9. Choose the Decline option.

Then after this happens, there will be a sequence where you’ll fall and crash down with Ryan and Laura next to the monster. Use Ryan’s shotgun to shoot at the monster and kill him.

After this happens you’ll get to the part where Laura and Travis will rush for who can get the shotgun faster. You will have to finish all of the QTE successfully to be able to reach it first.

Shoot Travis and kill him after you’ve done this.

Now after finishing all of this, the Chapter 9 will be coming to its end. Simply wait for the ending to come and you’ll see Max and Laura getting together at the pier. Congratulations!
