Is It As Good As PC On Console? – Vampire Survivors Console Review

If you have followed the development of Vampire Survivors you will know that the Console in Pre-Alpha and Alpha states was just a dream. It was something that the developers didn’t eleven discuss or wanted to go into.

That is why when you search about Console and this game you will find out articles and reviews that say that this game is not on Consoles. Well, with the latest 1.0 patch those views are outdated since the developers have made a pleasant surprise.

You can play Vampire Survivors on Console now! Is it any good though? Let’s discuss the most important things and if they are any good here.

Visuals

The visuals are what it is. They are fine, gothic looking, and interesting. They do look the very same when playing on Consoles so you won’t have to worry about that at all. Although you might see a random screen tear here and there but it isn’t anything big to write home about.

Gameplay

Fast, brutal, and chaotic is what you’ll also be getting in the Console version of Vampire Survivors. It is just the same and you won’t have any performance issues. You will be able to play as you did on PC.

The movements might seem limited but they function very well for a PC to Console game too. You won’t feel as though you cannot fully activate your skills or attacks. So overall the gameplay aspect for the Consoles is very good.

Interface

The interface works just the same for PC as it works on Consoles. You won’t be having issues entering the menu or choosing perks and traits while being surrounded by thousands of enemies.

You can pause whenever you want and cycle through the game system and skills without an issue. It is slower but that is to be expected from the Consoles when it comes to interfaces. You will be going over the options one by one.

Still, the feeling is mutual either on PC or on Consoles when you find that very wanted chest and reward!

Overall & Rating

Overall we must say that you will be getting a very good experience playing this game on a console. You will be having that very good laid-back feeling when you’re playing on a console and this game is perfect for it.
