As you explore the world of Ghostwire: Tokyo, you will come across some small collectibles called Relics. These relics can give you additional content for you to read about Japanese Folklore.

The Utamaro Ukiyo-e is one of the relics you can collect in the game.
Start by going to the area in the map above for a side mission called The Voice in the Wall.
Jump over the small metal fence and you will get to the quest area. Talk to the spirit and go into the hotel to your right.
Go inside the elevator and head for the fourth floor. Turn right and follow the hallway until you reach the end.
Use your Spectral Vision here to reveal a yokai on the wall. Absorb the Yokai and enter the door.
The Utamaro Ukiyo-e is the painting on the wall, next to the bed.
