Let’s see how to locate and the best ways of defeating Christine The Sun Priestess.

V Rising – Christina The Sun Priestess Location

First of all, like for every other NPC mini-boss that you can hunt, you will need the Blood Altar building. You will have it unlocked after playing a while through the story. You can place it anywhere in your base. Once you open it, you will see Christina the Sun Priestess in the list on the left. Press the button to Track her.

Like every other boss, her location can also vary on every map and every playthrough. She is a level 44 boss which should be more than likely to be spotted in the Dawnbreak Village area east of the Cave Passage.

Around this area, you will have to climb the stairs one by one in order to get to her. There will be random Scholars roaming around. You can choose to kill them all and clear your pathway, or just go sneaking around past them.

Once you get to the top, you will spot tons of NPC enemies around her. She will be standing still in the middle surrounded by all of them. Again, you can choose to take them all head-on but it will be very risky. The combat area is very tight and you won’t have a lot of free space to dodge attacks.

I recommend being patient and waiting for Christina to start roaming around the village. Keep in mind that this can take a while and she can go far away from the village(mostly west following the road). But when it comes to combat, this way is much easier.

She has tons of long-range attacks that can hit multiple targets – like the one where she throws 4-5 orbs in the general direction she is facing. These orbs can also bounce from the environment around you.

Once she starts casting and moves slowly, be sure to dodge the ground where you’re standing. Maybe roll on the side because she will damage and slow a full circle around where you’re staying. You will also see a ray of light coming from the sky upon you.

She can also do a counterattack move. You will see her shining and standing into a defensive stance. Do not attack her while this happens as she will strike you back.

Enemy NPCs can also spawn next to her so be wary of them too. You will need to take care of them first to be freer to focus more on Christina later on.

Very important to not let her stand on her own without doing damage to her for longer periods of time. She will start healing herself very fast and very much. Constantly roam around her and do not give her time to breathe. This healing spell makes her very tanky.

Once she is down you can go next to her, hold F, and start Extracting her blood to get the rewards. Good luck!
