Black Clover M: Complete Finral Guide & Build | Skills, Gear & Talents

Black Clover M is a mobile game that is officially licensed to use the Black Clover name, so don’t be tricked by those fake mobile games. This game has been around for a while now and has been steadily getting content for Global release.

More and more characters are getting added to the game and people are not sure how to build these characters. Well, you’re in luck, because we’re going to be talking about how to use Finral efficiently, as well as build his character to be at his best in battle.

Complete Finral Guide & Build

Skills

Finral is a SR Power Supporter, so he is mostly good in buffing up his allies, primarily with their ATK stats. He can also remove some debuffs, but not all of them.

With that in mind, his skills will primarily be all about buffing up the damage of his allies, and sometimes himself as well, as he can also do some pretty good DPS for a Supporter character.

Here are Finral’s skills and what they do:

• Spatial Transportation Magic Bullet
  • Uses Spatial Magic to teleport a magic bullet, dealing damage to an enemy.
    • Grants [Increased SPD Lv. 2] to two allies with the lowest Mobility for 2 turn(s).
• Faster!
  • Buffs all allies with Spatial Magic.
    • Grants all allies [Increased ATK Lv. 2] for 2 turn(s).
    • If a designated ally is buffed with [Increased CRIT Rate], grants them 10% [Increased DMG Dealt] for 2 turn(s).
• Spatial Support
  • Creates multiple pathways with Spatial Magic to support all allies, buffing them.
    • Grants all allies [Increased SPD Lv. 3] for 2 turn(s).
    • 60% chance to [Remove 1 Debuff(s)] from an ally.
    • 50% chance to grant an ally [Increased CRIT Rate Lv. 3] for 2 turn(s).
• Combined Attack
  • Buffs the partnered mage.
    • Grants partnered mage [Increased ATK Lv. 4].
    • 50% chance to grant 50% [Increased Mobility] to the partner.

Gear

Finral is a character that will be useful in buffing up his allies in the game. While he does have good DPS for a Supporter character, his main use will be to buff his allies.

With that said, we will need to have his gear set focus primarily on Speed. The faster Finral can make his move first, the faster your other units can get buffed and end the battle.

To get the best out of Finral’s Speed stats, we will need him to have an all Speed gear set. It’s recommended to have at least 1 UR Speed gear piece.

All the other slots can be filled with LR Speed gear pieces afterwards. But if you want, you can always put in some DEF gear pieces to help keep your Finral alive.

I personally recommend doing a 2 DEF gear set and 4 Speed gear set if you are playing in harder modes. But if you have a good Healer, then you won’t need 2 DEF gear pieces and can just use the all Speed gear set.

Talents

For Finral’s Talents, we will be focusing on increasing his ATK and DEF. Since his gear set is already primarily focused on increasing his Speed stats, we can make use of his Talent slots and upgrade his ATK and DEF stats.

Here are the best Talents for Finral to use:

• Attack Talents
  • Increased ATK – [ATK] +7%
  • Battle Frenzy – Grants 2.5% [Increased CRIT Rate] at the start of a wave. (Stacks up to 5 times)
• Defense Talents
  • Increased DEF – DEF +20%
  • Endurance – Grants DEF +4% and CRIT RES +2% at the start of a wave (stacks up to 5 times)
• Support Talents
  • Swiftness – Grants a [SP+1] buff upon having less than 2 SP(s) at the start of a turn.
  • Increased DMG RES – [DMG RES] +10%

Skill Pages & Teams

Since Finral is a Supporter, there’s not a lot of good Skill Pages he can use, as most of them won’t resonate well with his supporting skills.

However, that doesn’t mean that there isn’t. There are actually only a handful of good Skill Pages he can use. There are 2 SSR Skill Pages and only 1 SR Skill Pages.

Here are the best Skill Pages for Finral to use:

• SSR Skill Pages
  • The Captain’s Condemnation
    • Upon using [Skill II,] grants the ally with the lowest HP [HP Recovery] equal to 6/10% of their maximum HP.
  • Moonlight Necklace
    • Applies 40/80% [Increased DEF] and 6/10% [Increased Healing] to yourself.
• SR Skill Pages
  • Excited Nature
    • Has a 25/50% chance of applying 10% [Increased Stamina] to yourself upon using [Skill II.]
