To unlock these locations and find these Buddy Recon Spots is crucial in these maps. When you have discovered there you will be able to Fast Travel in the future, making your life easier by a bunch. They are easy-to-see spots and also you might get a message from Felyne Chief Kogarashi when you’re near one.

Location 1

You can walk all the way from the spawn location (bottom right) to here with ease. The road will be open and there’ll be even no mobs that will try to stop you. At the location around the circle, there will be a small little hill that you’ll need to climb. You will need to use a Wirebug to get here too.

Location 2

Also, you can get here from the spawn location very easily. Simply make your way up to the top of the mountain where the circle is. You will need 2 or 3 Wirebugs to come here. You will see the location at the very edge of the mountain.
