Manor Lords is a game where you will be starting off in a medieval land from nothing, and building up your land to become the best village in the area. To do so, you will occasionally need to get some livestock. In this guide, we will be showing you how to get Oxen, Lambs, and Sheep. Let’s get started.

How To Get Oxen, Lambs & Sheep – Manor Lords

The game is still in Beta mode but with every patch that comes out, we are getting newer and much more animals to be able to get. Usually, you start the game off with only one ox.

How To Get More Oxen

To be able to get more Oxen, or really whatever animal that you want to get inside Manor Lords is the Livestock Trading Post. This is a building that will be unlocked pretty early on and will be sort of the market that you can use to get all sorts of livestock for your village.

There are 2 types of tradings posts, as you can see in the picture above. The normal is for all different kinds of materials that you will need for your village while the other one will be for buying livestock, as in Oxen.

This building will both allow you to import and export all the animals that you wish. All that you will need to have for this trade is Silver.

When you build a Livestock Trading Post, make sure that you will place a Granary right beside it. This way whenever you will buy new animals they will have a room and place where they can get freshly fed.

How To Get More Sheep

To get more sheep it is very simple. There is a building called Sheep Farm that you will need to build first. It will be unlocked later down the line of the buildings once you start progressing through the mid section of the game.

To get sheep you will also want to have the Livestock Trading Post. You can buy them from there and they come really cheap at times. You will need to buy them with silver.

Another thing that is needed for the Sheep is the Pasture. You can find this under the animal building tab. It will open up a cursor to press and build something. A simple square pasture with one exit and one entrance will do just fine.

How To Get More Lamb

To have more Lamb might be just the simplest thing ever. First of all, you can build the Livestock Trading Post and purchase one by using silver. You will need to wait for them to arrive and you can place them inside the Pasture.

Another way to have Lamb is to simply get Sheep and mate them with another type of Sheep. They will give birth to a little Lamb that you can use however you want.

Do not forget that when you order one of these livestock you will need to actually wait through a season until they get here. First, they will arrive at the Livestock Trading Post and from there you can take them to their pasture or farm.

That’s everything you need to know about getting Oxen, Sheep, and Lamb in Manord Lords! We hope that this guide has helped you out a bit! Happy farming!
