But the best glitches are the ones where it benefits you, like the famous duplication glitch. The duplication glitch means you can duplicate any item you have and carry more of them for personal use and more. In No Man’s Sky, you can do just that, and we will show you how.

No Man’s Sky 4.0 Waypoint Update – Best Duplication Glitch

There are plenty of ways to do a duplication glitch in No Man’s Sky, but this is one of the best to do it. The method goes like this: you put the first refiner in front of you and place your most valuable item on the left where the Input is. After that, you put two more Portable Refiner’s on both sides of the first refiner.

We’ll first place the middle Portable Refiner and put in the most valuable item you have. Once that’s done, you then put another Portable Refiner next to it. The trick here is to make sure the Portable Refiner is literally clipping to the middle Refiner.

The second Portable Refiner must have the legs be intertwined together, and the orange bit on the refiners be merged together. All this must be done as close as possible in order to achieve the results needed.

After placing the second refiner on one side of the first refiner, we now have to place another Portable Refiner on the other side of the middle refiner. Just like the second refiner, the legs must be intertwined and the orange bits are merged together.

You will know you did it correctly when you check on both refiners and see that the item you placed inside the middle refiner is now found in both of the refiners on both sides of the middle refiner. After you made sure that both refiners have the item you want to duplicate, go to the refiner on the left and take the item inside and put it in your inventory.

Exit the Portable Refiner and enter again, and you should see the item back in the slot. Do the process all over again until you are satisfied.
