You will need to head to the Car Dealership on the map which is located just in the center of the map and next to the Sparja as well as the large Teppakot building. You will see a very big title name LexOs and you’ll know that you are in the right place.

Step 2 – Go On The Second Floor

Once you get inside you will want to take a left and then proceed to move up the stairs to the second floor. Once you get up on them, just on the left is where you can find a metal door.

Step 3 – Open The Door
