Haze Piece: How To Get Observation Haki V1, V2 & V3

How To Get Observation Haki V1, V2 & V3

Observation Haki V1 is an easy travel to Marine Base, which requires players to be level 600 before they can visit and go through the test.

Speak to the Observation Haki Level 1 NPC and spend 150k Beli to get Observation Haki V1. It gives you 3 dodges and you can activate it by pressing R.

Next up is the location of Observation Haki V2 which is on Bubble Island. Players need to be level 1500 and it costs 200k Beli to get the upgrade. With this, you have 5 dodges now and you can test it with a nearby Armored Marine.

Observation Haki V3 is the final upgrade that you can get in the Second Sea at Desert Island. Check out this guide on how to go to the Second Sea.

Desert Island is the final island in the Second Sea, requires level 2500 and 1m Beli to get. You get 7 dodges in total and a very wide range of sight using the Haki.
