You will need to get to any fast travel mark on your map and in the world. Then once there, you will get to the world map and then just go to the bottom right corner of this map. Here you shall need to find the Royal Palace in Vizima. You will need to teleport to the inside of it.

Then once you get to the inside of the Royal Palace in Vizima you will need to follow the route and go to the little room that is on the very west side of the palace.

While inside this room you shall find a chest. Open the chest in the corner and loot all of the items. Once you have all of the items you will have the Armor and Sword Set from Dol Blathanna. It is as easy as that!
