Lost Ark: Best Deathblade Build

Learn the best Deathblade build for both PvE and PvP!

The Deathbuild class is one of the most popular classes in Lost Ark due to its unique weapon set. Even though it has low base damage, players still choose this class because of its fun gameplay. This guide will show you the best Deathblade build in Lost Ark.

Best Deathblade Build – Lost Ark

The Deathblade class is a unique class that wields three swords. The Deathblade class wields two short daggers and one longsword against its enemies. However, you will not be able to manually switch between the weapons, instead, your focus will be on your Death orb.

Filling up your Death Orb can reduce your cooldown on your skills, increase your overall attack and speed, as well as deal a lot of damage. Unfortunately, she can have lower base damage without her death Orb, but build her right and you can reign supreme in PvP.

When it comes to stat prioritization, focus all your points in Specialization, then put the remaining points on Crit. Focusing on Specialization can increase your Surge Skill damage, Awakening Skill damage, and give you cooldown refunds.

As for the Engravings, you can choose between Surge or Remaining Energy. You should also follow the engraving levels as seen in the photo above for both builds. The only difference is the last engraving, in which you can have a level 1 Surge or level 1 Remaining Energy.

If you are already in the end-game, you want to follow the engraving build for Surge as seen in the photo above.

On the other hand, if you are using the Remaining Energy build, you want to use Level 3 Super Charge instead of Level 3 Increases Mass.

When it comes to skills, you want to take the following:

  • Spincutter with Open Weakness
  • Maelstrom with Orb Control and Dark Order.
  • Soul Absorber with Swift Fingers, Fist of Darkness, and Halve
  • Blitz Rush with Vital Point Hit, Charge Enhancement, and Shadow Rush
  • Void Strike with Orb Control, Void Zone, and Dark Dimension
  • Polestar with Quick Prep and Tenacity if you are using Surge or Polestar with Orb Control and Tenacity if you are using Remaining Energy.
  • Dark Axel with Swift Fingers, Tenacity, and High Axel

You also have a few optional abilities that you can choose from, and this depends entirely on your playstyle:

  • Earth Cleaver
  • Moonlight Sonic

For the Awakening Skill, use Flash Blink for faster casting and an easier learning curve. When you hit level 60, your surge skill tree should look like the photo above.

On the other hand, if you opt for the Remaining Energy build, it should look like the photo above once you hit the maximum level.

When it comes to Runes, you want to use the runes as listed below:

  • Wealth rune on Soul Absorber, Polestar, and Moonlight Sonic.
  • Rage rune on your Spincutter
  • Protection rune on your Dark Axel
  • Galewind Rune on Void Strike and Blitz Rush
  • Blade Rune on Maelstrom
  • Overwhelm on Earth Cleaver

And there you have it, that is the most optimized build for Deathbalde as of the moment. If you are not running Remaining Energy, you can swap out the Wealth Rune on Soul Absorber and Polestar with Galewind.
