Getting collectibles and rare items in general is a must for most gamers. I personally spend most of my time whilst playing, searching for these. Why? Maybe they’ll help out in the long term! Or maybe they won’t. In Metroid Dread, I can tell you that the collectibles are something you have to get because they will increase your stats and make you much more powerful than you were before. And I have to tell you, against the infamous EMMI’s, you’ll need as many bonuses as you can!
Ferenia: All Collectible Locations | 100% Full Walkthrough – Metroid Dread
There are a total of 14 collectibles in the Ferenia region of the game: The Missile Tanks, Missile+ Tanks, Energy Parts and Power Bomb Tanks.
Here is exactly where to find them:
- Missile+ Tank #1
The first collectible can be found right at the entrance from Ghavoran. To reach it you will need a Speed Booster first. Otherwise, reaching the place is impossible.
- Missile Tank #1
In the little place with the pink square that you can see in the picture above, you will need to use your Cross Bomb to break and reach the Missile Tank.
- Missile Tank #2
Still close to the entrance, you will need to enter the little room shown above. There will be a lot of breakable floors here, so you will need Space Jump.
You will also need Wave Beam to get it.
- Missile Tank #3
A bit to the South from the other location, you will see another Missile Tank hidden in an unreachable room.
Just use the Cross Bomb again to get through.
- Energy Part #1
If you go back to where you found Missile Tank #2, you will find a hidden tunnel in the lower right corner of the room.
You should advance to the place shown above, close to the Western Dairon Fast Travel, and use the Speed Booster to get up to it.
- Missile Tank #4
Right over the Cyan Teleporter, there is a secret tunnel that will lead you to the Missile Tank. From the location shown above, just head to the left straight and the entrance will be there.
You will need a Power Bomb to advance though.
- Missile+ Tank #2
Right next to the Dairon elevator, you’ll need a Speed Booster, again, to reach it.
- Power Bomb Tank #1
Just a few steps to the right from the last location. You will need to have the Power Bomb before getting this upgrade for it.
Just explode in this room and jump up there to get it.
- Energy Part #2
If you head right, next to the other Dairon elevator you will find the Energy Part on the map, as shown above. A quick Space Jump will do it.
- Power Bomb Tank #2
In the middle of Ferenia, a good ol’ Power Bomb will give way to an upgrade for it. So, just explode in the location shown above.
- Missile Tank #5
In the place shown above, at that Speed Booster block, you will find the Missile Tank.
To reach it, there is a secret tunnel in the room to the left of where Samus is right now on the map.
- Energy Part #3
Getting to East-Central Ferenia, you have to climb to the tunnel shown in the picture above with Screw Attack and Cross Bombs.
- Energy Part #4
In Eastern Ferenia, you can easily pick this Energy Part.
- Missile Tank #6
Even further to the East, climb up the ledge and you’ll get this Missile Tank.
