The new Frocium crafting material is something that players have been on the hunt for since day 1 from the release of Sunbreak. Here is a Frocium mining guide on where to find it in the Frost Islands Map. Let’s get started.

For a better gathering rate and getting tons of more materials that you’ll be mining for this guide, a good idea is to go for a Bunny Dango Set. You will aim for the Gatherer Dango one to increase your percentage on activation. This way you will get the maximum amount of ore that you’ll be looking for.

Then go to the map itself. Make sure to clear some room in your Supply Box and let’s get going. Open up your map and open the tab for Materials 2 with the subsection of Mining Outcrop.

This is how the map should be looking. Keep in mind that these mining crops aren’t always gonna be in plain sight for you to just dig up. Most of them are deep in cave tunnels well below the surface. And on top of all that, these are not all of the mining outcrops. There are plenty of them that are hidden and secret too.

You will mostly get Frocium from all of these. It will vary between 2-10 at times. Just keep looking up and about and you’ll find lots of the hidden ones mostly up on the high hills. Good luck!
