Rampage Decorations is a new system introduced in Sunbreak that adds layers to weapons and builds. This will allow you to tweak additional skills that were previously tied to rampage weapons. In a nutshell, it’s a new ramp-up skill but better.

New Rampage Decorations Guide & BEST One to Use Explained – Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak
This new system significantly increases the diversity of your builds. Before Sunbreak, the rampage skills are only limited to one skill per weapon. Rampage Decorations now allow you to have multiple rampage skills on them. By combining these with a good customization option, you are now able to layer the rampage weapons.
To craft these, simply go to Smithy and Create Rampage Decorations. You must first kill the specific monsters at least once in Master Rank. This is written in the Forging Material Types requirement for each jewel.
Since your weapons now have Rampage Decorations slots, you can put them there to get some pretty nasty skills. There are some that can only be used for a specific weapon like the Bow-only decoration that gives you Lasting Arc Shot which prolongs the bow’s arc shot effect.
There are some best Rampage Decorations for all weapons, like Daora Soul Jewel 3 that gradually increases affinity by continuously landing hits in a short space of time or Chameleos Soul Jewel 2 that boost stamina, health, attack or defense with each hit.
One of the best jewels is without a doubt the Spiribird Jewel. This jewel only requires one slot to equip, good with all weapons, and gives you a huge boost of stamina recovery.
Never sleep on the Ramage Decorations since this will give you a huge advantage during your hunts and makes your playstyle more flexible.
