First of all, you will need to be inside the Euclid Galaxy. This is the first map or the started galaxy that you’ll be located at the very beginning. Here you’ll need to find a portal.
Before you will put inside a glyph to go somewhere you need to make sure that the Multiplayer setting is turned off. You will need to put inside this glyph in exactly this order in the portal that you’re going to find:
Once you enter the portal with this glyph you’ll find yourself on a toxic planet. Usually by the name of Oadtowces Itach.
When you’re here make sure to create a manual save by using a save beacon and create the auto-save system here. This is just in case something might go wrong in the run that you’ll be doing.
The only way of getting the Capital Freighter is by Rescue Missions. You can summon these rescue missions by playing 3 hours of game time and you’ll need to do 5 warp.
So go to space and go to the Galaxy map. Take a note of the name of your system because this is going to be your target system now. You will want to warp around to all of your neighbors systems around your target system.
When you get there you’ll want to go to a Space or Outlaw station. Or just whatever station that you’ll have there and create a save from here too. Make sure you create autosave from every station. You’ll wait there and create warps until you trigger the rescue mission.
So now just go warping around the target system until you trigger the rescue mission.
When the rescue mission is triggered all you’ll have to do is activate and load the auto-save that you previously made.
Then once you go to your target mission, you’ll have the rescue mission activated and all you’ll have to do is just finish it. The Freighter you’ll be fighting might not be looking gold but have no fear, it is gold once you get it.
To get S Class Freighter, just reload your autosaves that you had made and keep trying this until the Freighter will be the S Class. That is it! Congratulations! Keep on farming them.
