Go around him and enter the vent on your left side. When you get out of the vent, head to the big door in front of which there is a save point.

Go backwards to avoid the robots and enter the vent on your right. This is a way to get back to the Parts and Services section. When you get out of the vent, just follow the path to Parts and Services and with the security badge you found, you will be able to open the door.
