Between Cottonsedge Prairie and Droning Meadow, there are several Yanmas that you can catch.
Start your search in this part, after a while you will spot one. When you finally find a Yanma, you will need Oran Berries to lure it.
Wait a few seconds for it to approach the fruit and start eating it, then throw the Poke Ball, with this you will catch the pokemon.
This is all you have to do to catch Yanma. Yanma is a level 22 Pokémon. Catching it is a fairly easy process.
