• Providing above the quota will raise their satisfaction. But it will not contribute towards the extra percentage. This means you cannot use extra linen to cover deficit in shoes or clothes, for example.
• Grade of goods matters (doesn’t apply to food). What this means is that you must have 30 of a single type of product for each grade if you have 30 families. You cannot have only 15 linen and 15 clothes and hope that compensates it. It doesn’t work like that. Similarly, you then must have 30 of a single grade 2 product, like shoes, clothes, or cloaks.
