Pokémon fans, new and old alike, will know of the fantastic items called Evolution Stones. These stones have been used on certain Pokémon to evolve them. An example of one of those Pokémon is the adorable and fluffy Eevee. Giving Eevee, let’s say, a Fire Stone, will evolve Eevee into a Flareon, a fire type Pokémon. Giving Eevee a Thunder Stone will evolve the Pokémon into a Jolteon.
As you can tell, Evolution stones are very useful, but they are very rare. Prior to Legends Arceus, getting an Evolution Stone is considered a rarity, and players have to choose wisely who to use it on.
Thankfully, Game Freak has given players plenty of options on how to get more Evolution Stones for all your evolving needs.
Where to Find Evolution Stones Guide – Pokémon Legends Arceus
There are 5 ways to get Evolution Stones. The first one is the Jubilife Village Trading Post. The trading post is just past the Galaxy Building and it sells all of the Evolution Stones available, but you can’t purchase them with money.
Instead, you will need Merit Points in order to get the stones.
Merit Points can be earned by finding Lost Satchels located on the area and using the Lost & Found feature located in the menu.
Located in Jubilife City as well, the Ginko Guild Cart is just to the side of the Galaxy Building. Unlike the trading post, they accept cash as payment.
The big problem with them is that they only sell one item a day, and it’s a completely random item. Check in with them everyday to see if they have an Evolution Stone available.
If you’d rather work hard for them than spend money, mining rocks or ores can sometimes spawn an Evolution Stone. Although it’s a very rare chance, it’s worth a try if you’re not bathing in riches at the moment.
Feeling bold? Feeling adventurous? Then jump into a Space-Time Distortion to get some rare items.
Not only do they spawn powerful Pokémon, they spawn Evolution Stones too, so it’s always worth a try to get in and grab as many items as you can, as long as you can avoid the Pokémon’s that’ll chase you.
The Pokémon Ursaluna has the ability to sniff out rare items buried beneath the ground. Just like mining rocks and ores, digging up Evolution Stones can be quite rare and will take a lot of luck, but it’s always worth a shot if you don’t want to spend too much money on buying Evolution Stones.
The Evolution Stones are worth collecting as they’re items to Evolve your Pokémon.
You can start calling yourself Thanos while you’re at it, since you’re working hard looking for a bunch of different colored stones.
