“I Went, I Saw, I Conquered” is a short recon quest you can do in Gray Zone Warfare, which is a pretty simple one for all factions, like Mithras.
All you really gotta do is recon the Sawmill area for Handshake. See if there is any hostile activity and if it’s worth investigating any further!
In this simple guide, we’ll tell you everything you need to do to say you officially saw the Sawmill in Gray Zone Warfare’s Lamang.
I Went, I Saw, I Conquered | Mithras Faction Quest Guide
The “I Went, I Saw, I Conquered” quest task is one of the simplest ones in the entire game for the Mithras quest. To start, you should head to the ridge at Y: 143, X: 138.
Just in case, it’s the exact spot marked on the map above. It’s directly south of the Sawmill area.
Once you reach the ridge, simply reach the ledge overlooking the Sawmill. Now you just have to “recon” the area by looking at it.
Now, the game can be finicky when it comes to marking the task as completed. For some players, simply looking in the general direction of the Sawmill works.
For others, you actually need to check out the survey camp at the top of the ridge instead. It has an unlit campfire, some benches, and a tent.
Either way, completing the task should only take a few seconds. Just try both things until you get the notification that confirms you completed the task.
Completing the quest and turning it in will get you the following rewards:
- Quads Headgear
- Recon Vest
- 3,900 USD
- 1000 Experience
- 150 Reputation with Handshake
While you’re at it, we also recommend checking out the other quests available for the Mithras faction.
More specifically, check out Part 2 of this questline. It takes part within the Sawmill area itself, and you’re already close enough to it anyway!
Nonetheless, you’re done with the first part of the “I Went, I Saw, I Conquered” questline for the Mithras faction.
