Let’s locate and find out the best ways of defeating Leandra The Shadow Priestess.
V Rising – Leandra The Shadow Priestess Location
First of all, you will have to proceed through the story until you have unlocked the Blood Altar. Once you build it and interact with it, you can spot Leandra The Shadow Priestess and start tracking her down.
Just press the Track Blood button and you shall see on your left corner Tracking the blood of Leandra the Shadow Priestess(I can sense my prey in the distance). Now you are able to find her on the map.
She is a level 46 boss so it means you should be pretty late game items. Mount up and follow the blood trail to get to her location. She is at top of Dunley Farmlands usually around the section inside the Church of the Damned:
It is a pretty wide area and she should be located in the middle of it. She will be resting and will be in a passive position, so make sure to make a big burst of damage at first.
Her attacks are usually preceded by animations. Use this to your advantage. She will roam around slowly which means you are able to get behind her to attack her while staying safe.
She spawns little black shining orbs that will follow you and try to damage you. You can pick them off quickly so you will have more space and freedom to deal with Leandra.
She can do a ranged attack like shooting an orb in a straight line. This is easily avoided as she can a fairly long animation before doing it, but still, it moves very fast so be cautious. This can be also done with a combination of 3 orbs combined.
Once you start attacking her, she can counter your attacks and almost disappear into nothing, then to just come back and deal massive damage. Use this moment to counter her attack yourself.
When you hear her say: They’re coming! Get ready to be blinded. Out of nowhere, while you have a limited line of sight, tons of orbs will come flying your way. You will need to deal with them one by one as fast as possible. Roam around in this darkness and find Leandra.
Once you defeat her, hold F to extract blood from her to get rewards. Good luck!
