In Monster Hunter Sunbreak you will have a plethora of options to craft gear or upgrade it. One of the most needed resources that are used for this is found in the Ores found throughout the maps. In this guide, we will be talking about the Flooded Forest and how to find the Purecrystals and the Meldspar Ores.

If you want to get Purecrystal & Meldspar Ore, first of all, you will need to go to the Quest Counter. Here, pick up a quest that will take you to the Flooder Forest. You can take it from the little girl at the counter. Then after this, if you really want to make a lot of mining supplies from the ores that you find, you will need to go for a quick brunch at Bunny Drango Store. Here get the Gatherer effectiveness food and you can depart.

Make sure that your Supply box is empty. This is so you will have tons of room for getting more resources and materials.

This whole map is sort of filled with hills and not a lot of clear areas where you can see a lot of the stuff. This means that these ores that you’ll try to find might be well hidden and throughout the map.

Sometimes they are in plain sight, but most of the time you’ll need to go down into cave tunnels to dig them up. Make sure to run through all of the map and discover randomly spawned mining outcrops to get the most Purecrystals and Meldspar Ores.

When you get to the Temple you’ll see that you have 3 mining outcrops over there. Some of them are inside or outside the temple. The one of the far lower right corner of the map is outside and easy to see.

Keep looking everywhere and climb harder to get to locations to find all of the hidden mining ores.
