The Alpha Nepenthes in World of Aincrad is one of the many available bosses in the game. Based on the worldwide popular anime and light novel, Sword Art Online, the World of Aincrad is an MMORPG game with a leveling system and a final boss to beat before you can access the next floor.
This time, we’ll show you the way to the location of F1 miniboss Alpha Nepenthes and the waypoint to help you get there fast.
Alpha Nepenthes Location & Waypoint
Alpha Nepenthes is a miniboss on the first floor, the leader of the Nepenthes you may have fought for a quest before. The location is about a 4-minute run from the starting city and we’ll show you the way here.
Following the dirt path does NOT take you to the miniboss location. Out of the gate, immediately head to this general direction, towards the path between the two cliffs.
As you enter the new area, keep going and then hug the wall to your left. When it ends, look across and you’ll see another long cliff that goes around the area. Head over to that side now. Use the right-wall strat this time and keep going until you see the Waypoint.
From the Waypoint, the Alpha Nepenthes spawn point isn’t far. Follow the general direction as shown below and you’ll see the miniboss there. Alternatively, stay with the wall on your right and you’ll eventually see the miniboss ground on your left. Several Nepenthes also typically spawn around here.
Beating the Alpha Nepenthes in World of Aincrad is just one of the many few starter things that’ll get you good loot. Make sure to bring a party or if you want to solo this, you’ll definitely want to power level your way up before trying it out. Good luck!
